Shipping policy

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka.

Delivery cost

• Free delivery on all orders over LKR 8,500.
• Orders under LKR 8,500: a flat delivery fee of LKR 400.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed (for bank transfer, once we receive your transfer; for COD, once your order is confirmed). Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days (Colombo), 3–5 working days (outstation). These are estimates — courier delays during peak periods or bad weather can add a day or two.

Order processing

We process orders within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a message when your order is dispatched, with tracking where available.

Tracking

Use the Track Your Order page or your confirmation message to follow your delivery. If anything looks stuck, message us on WhatsApp.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or no one was reachable, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.
